I absolutely recommend US Furniture. I went there last week with my mother to look at sofas. I worked with Fred and he was incredibly knowledgeable about not only the pieces in the gallery, but also any questions I had about different options, differences in warranties, ect. I definitely got the best deal and was able to save money with Fred's help. The checkout process was fast and painless. Even though I got a delivery estimate up to 2 weeks, they called 2 days later to make a delivery appointment. So I received my furniture mere days after ordering. The movers we fast and very good about being careful with my new sofas and moving them in so there would be no damage. These are honestly the best couches i've ever had, So comfortable and all the helpful features are a treat. Especially being someone with ankle pain I appreciate how the couch isn't too low to the ground so it's easy to get on and off. Thank you so much to Fred for making the buying experience actually enjoyable.

My boyfriend and I got a new apt . Went there we were received by Julio. We explained what we wanted . Very nice . Took care of what we needed . Good customer service . Delivery was on time .

We worked with Mo at US Furniture (Manchester, CT Location)! Mo was very personable and very willing to listen and understand our needs. In anticipation of our first child, we wanted to replace the sofa in our living room so that we could have a brighter and more comfortable space to share snugs and hugs with our little one. We were looking for something that was durable, stain resistant (anticipating sticky hands[gross]), neutral and oversized (I'm not a small man). Being no stranger to denting/breaking furniture, durability was top on my list. My wife was looking for style and comfort. The couch we settled on was the Ballyton sectional with ottoman. After the sale, Mo coordinated a speedy delivery...in time for the holidays...and prior to the baby that could have come at any time. We hosted family for Christmas and our new sofa provided an abundance of seating for everyone to lounge comfortably. The delivery: The crew was punctual, fast, and very considerate or our home (delivery happened during snow), they took the time to place moving blankets on the floors as not to damage them. With all that being said we worked with US Furniture because it was the best value, the quality was tops, and the service was impeccable. We are those people that shop for best value, spend time scouring and comparing ads (we do our homework). Just received my first order from here which consisted of a kitchen table and two stools! Fred was amazing he was able to get us amazing deals on the furniture! We plan on coming back to get our bedroom set!

If I could give 100 stars I would! I has an exceptional experience working with Mo, the furniture I ordered came weeks earlier than I expected, however, the color was not the same as in the store, due to the lighting. I explained my situation to Mo, he helped me find a different set, and worked with me on selecting pieces that would work well. The professionalism, honesty, and customer service I received from Mo was above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend working with Mo to get you all of your furniture needs.

Our salesman, Ketan was extremely helpful through the whole process of Purchasing our living room furniture. All the staff at US Furniture was friendly, including the store manager Mo in The Manchester store. At One point Ketan Offered to drive out furniture to our house. 😀 …

We went on Super Bowl Sunday and worked with Mo. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The couch we bought was going to take 3-4 weeks but ended up taking 5 to get delivered. The delivery team was very nice. I have absolutely no complaints and I recommend looking here if you want good quality furniture.

I was greeted immediately when I walked in and provided a very nice service throughout my whole visit. If you’re looking for a sales man that ALSO has very good taste and isn’t just trying to upsell you on everything, Ketan is the man to look for. Genuine kindness and great service from him. I will be returning! :)

I see a lot of bad reviews but we had a great experience. We worked with Julio. We came in and he promptly greated us and took us around giving us some recommendations. He treated us well and gave us a fair price for a couch set. Once the couches were in stock at their warehouse (only about 2 weeks) I got a call to schedule delivery and 2 days later we are sitting comfy! Overall it was an easy experience for great couches. Thanks Julio!
